PosyBlooms provides subscription-based delivery of premium cut flowers.
Subscriptions are prepaid and auto-renew unless paused or cancelled before the specified cut-off date.
Delivery schedules may change due to weather, logistics, or access-related issues.
Missed deliveries are non-refundable.
Flowers are natural products; variations in colour, size, or bloom stage may occur.
Substitutions of equal or higher value may be made where necessary.
Refunds are not provided for completed deliveries. Any quality concerns must be reported
within 4 hours of delivery.
All website content, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of PosyBlooms.
PosyBlooms’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
